We have a person on staff whose total focus is providing our clients the time and attention they need. Someone who is here for you five days a week, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm to answer your questions, to immediately address any concerns you have. Someone who has an ability to listen well to your feedback and communicate it to the appropriate member of our technical and design staff so the situation is quickly resolved.
Nick Kuzmin is our Client Support Manager. He has an extensive technical and customer support background and is available to take your call or email from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Often, Nick will be able to take your comments and answer your questions directly. If needed, he will route it to the right team member. We are pleased that Nick is joining our team and believe you will certainly “feel the love” Mindscape has for you.
